UPDATE FROM ACT V:
Phoenix has his follow-up appointment today with his surgical team. He will be dropped off in the morning. We are hoping for good news, but prepared to hear he needs round two of surgery.
Vicki switched him to a more comfortable and 'user-friendly' cone.
