UPDATE FROM ACT V:
What a big day for Phoenix.His body suit arrived in the mail, and he is sporting it tonight.
He seems to itch, and we don't want him licking his wounds. We also hope to protect his body, yet give him some mobility to be a regular puppy.
He allowed Vicki to put it on him, and he received some incredibly yummy treats before and during the process.
He moves freely in it; he walked up and down the stairs, and then he plopped onto his bed with his stuffed dog. (We know how very wrong that is... ;-) )

I think he looks like a Navy test pilot!!
