As you know we have a cathouse packed with cats and kittens. We got an email about a pregnant cat from the Ponemah area that was homeless. Although common sense was telling us we were full and could not take her, of course we took her anyway.
Well- pictures were taken right away and contacts were made to rescues. We were not surprised to learn everyone was also full. Thankfully, Act V, Dr. Vicki said she will take them on Sunday July 3lst. Mike and Lauren will transport them.
They are a lovely angelic family and we are so happy they are no longer homeless!
Sincerely, Karen RLRR
UPDATE FROM ACT V FOSTER HOME:
The kittens moved into new digs today with mama (larger, kitten-proof space as we start to think about climbing out of the box.
Everyone is doing great, gaining weight, starting to interact with one another and getting the hang of walking.
They are orienting sounds and look toward people when they're spoken to and petted.
They're all coming to the edge of the box and putting their paws up, getting curious about the world around them.
Yuki is being a great mama, she's eating well and we even got her to play with some toys today!
