Too, too cute puppy in a tutu!

LINK TO COMPLETE POST BY FOSTER FAMILY/PHOTOGRAPHER:
Unbelievable ballerina puppy prodigy discovered in the Twin Cities!

Or maybe it’s just people being silly.

It’s hard to tell.

Our very good friends from California flew out to adopt Mindy, one of our foster puppies. Darlene (her new mom) made a tutu for her just for this photoshoot. We assumed we’d put it on her and get maybe two photos before she tore it off. Much to our surprise, she was an absolute rock star for the shoot.

We must have spent at least half an hour taking photos of her in a tutu and Darlene and her daughter in various balletic poses. It was amazing! So proud of Mindy, and pretty happy with the photos I got, too. Check them out!

FROM KAREN:
Nine orphan pups came to Red Lake Rosie's Rescue in the cold early days of February. Their mom had been hit by a car and killed on Friday and the nine little hungry and cold pups were brought to Red Lake Rosie's Rescue on Sunday barely alive.

We syringe fed them puppy milk in the cathouse and hoped they would survive -- and they did. We struggled with them for a week and thankfully sent them out the following weekend to rescues in the metro.

Act V took six puppies and we are so delighted today to see that one of these little ones now has moved to California to live the good life -- a ballerina no less!

Thank you to the foster family for caring for three of the pups, sharing these beautiful photos and finding this wonderful home. This made our day!

I was Mindy's foster mom (my 16 year old daughter is the photographer featured above).

Here is a video I put together about our foster dogs. I'm sure you'll recognize several of them.
