Ponemah friends of Red Lake Rosie's Rescue

Red Lake Rosie has special friends from Ponemah who rescue and transport animals in need to the shelter. Earl Raincloud and his wife Ausia who teaches school in Ponemah Elementary have a special place in their heart to help animals in their community. They have brought many animals to the shelter over the past year and we are so grateful to them.

Most recently they brought a litter of 4 beagle mixes. These little puppies stayed at the shelter for several weeks and were very blessed to go to the Animal Ark when Mallory and Dr. Charlie left after the clinic on March 19th.

They are in the foster care of Linda, who has been a foster mom for many of the Red Lake puppies.

Thank you Earl, Ausia, Linda and Animal Ark for helping save these little babies.

Sincerely, Karen

Red Lake Rosie is gradually getting more and more community people who are "point people" in their communities to look out for the animals, report animals in distress and take a step further to take them into their homes and call us, or even bring them out if we provide them gas. We have at least 1 person in each community that does this. We are making progress.
