Jake, our 16-year-old rescued miniature schnauzer crossed the rainbow bridge recently. He was known and loved by many people and RLRR volunteers.

We'll never forget you, Jake. It was always a joy to see you when we visited with Karen and Kevin, so loving, sweet, and adorable to everyone. We will see you with the others at the Rainbow Bridge. We love you always.
I know you'll miss him, Karen - you gave Jake a good home and he was happy there. He had a comfortable place to spend his sunset years. It's always sad for us pet owners when we're left behind, but I think they're at peace and they watch over us (when they're not busy having fun). Funny, as I'm writing this one of my pet Woolly Bear's favorite songs is playing. He used to love to hear me sing, lol. See you soon! :)
