Here is the update on the Yellow Dog/Ed that Jenny arranged for adoption to a farm in North Dakota.

The family that adopted Yellow Dog/Ed sent me this picture.
Ed loves the cats on the farm but most of them won't give him the time of day. This cat apparently decided that she couldn't avoid him any longer and now they are best buddies.

Thanks to Jenny who visited Red Lake Rosie's Rescue recently, we were able to get Yellow Dog, a purebred lab, a new home in North Dakota.
On Monday March 14, Geri and Karen transported Yellow Dog to meet his new family, and yes, once more we were one hour late -- still traveling on the "old time"!
Yellow Dog now has a free rein on acreage with a stream in North Dakota -- a great place for this very active working dog.

UPDATE FROM JENNY:
They renamed him "Ed". He has apparently already bonded with one of his new siblings.
I'm so happy for him.
