May 29 Transport: Sad/Glad Goodbyes

May 29 was a very good day at the Red Lake Rosie's Rescue shelter. Mike and I turned the animals loose in the morning and they had their last goodbyes as nine, mostly large adult dogs, left for Animal Allies in Duluth.

CARLA MAE & MIKEMike made the transport with the RLRR van which he will drive on to the metro after he makes the delivery of the animals. Animals riding were Dozer, Bruce, Carla Mae, Antoine, Gidget, George, Tammy, Bronze, and Mickie.

DOZERBRUCECARLA MAEGIDGETPUPS: GEORGE & TAMMYBRONZEMICKIEAlthough it was sad to let them go- it was a happy time knowing that they are having the opportunity to get a forever home which they all deserve.

These dogs are all neuter/spayed, vaccinated, wormed, and have tick application and are adoption ready. Bruce also had heartworm treatment before he left.

They are well socialized and ALL are wonderful dogs. This is one of the greatest bunches of dogs we have ever had.

Thank you Mike for making the long trek to Duluth for these kids.

When all the kennel gates were opened that morning, the dogs seemed to know that it was last goodbyes to RLRR. Kinda sad, but also a very happy time!!
