Phineas Needs a Home

PHINEAS NOW

Phineas, a ShihTzu, arrived at the June spay/neuter clinic with a matted coat full of ticks. One engorged tick was blocking his eye.

PHINEAS ON ARRIVAL

 He was wonderfully patient while being bathed and groomed. Underneath his coat, his body was covered in scabs from the ticks and other parasites.

Phineas is about two years old and has lived a tough life as an outdoor dog. Nevertheless, he is a huge cuddler and still very playful. He adores all kinds of toys, something he probably never had as a puppy. 

 He loves to go for car rides and is a wonderful companion. Phineas is the kind of dog that looks at his human and instinctively knows what the plan is!

He likes both cats and dogs.
