May 2018 Clinic

Our first Clinic of 2018 was a great success!  And, we accomplished a lot!

 Our clinic totals...

92 total surgeries- 46 dogs, 44, cats, and 2 rabbits!
18 medical visits including 5 dogs with porcupine quills,
76 dogs and cats came for vaccines only
32 Dogs groomed!  Record high!  Way to go groomers, Sam and Ashley!!!
12 Dogs and 6 cats surrendered and traveled to the Twin Cities with Pet Haven to find their new furever homes.

All this equals 195 dogs and cats that received medical services whether surgery, vaccines, or medical care.  Including grooming, that’s 227 animals that received care and attention during the clinic.

Thankfully we had no serious traumas.

All in all a fabulous clinic!!!

A huge THANK YOU to each of our awesome volunteers- Jenny, Dar, Katie, Dr. Katie, Beth, Sam, Ashley, Jackie, Jenn, Karen, Kim, Aurelia, and Claudia.

And  a huge THANK YOU to you, our supporters!  Without you, none of this would be possible!
You are each a blessing to every animal you touch!

  3. First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Thank you!
