Deja & Dale

On June 16th, early in the morning Polly called the shelter and said that her friend Dan found 2 tiny pups about 4 weeks old at the Ponemah garbage dump where Dan was working.

Dan's crew were laying pipe and so he put them in the pipe for safe keeping until someone could get over to Ponemah to pick them up.

Soon the pipe had to be laid, so Polly rushed to Ponemah and picked them up and put them in her holding pen. Later that day Karen and Geri went to pick them up and took them to the shelter.

We are so happy that TLC Canine Rescue took Deja and Dale and reported they are doing very well.

Thank you Polly and Dan for the rescue for they would have died if left there.
It's just another example of being in the "right place at the right time" which means everything to Deja and Dale!
