June clinic needs volunteers

Hello RLRR Supporters,

The June spay/neuter clinic is rapidly approaching, and we need volunteers.

The clinic is Thursday 6/21, Friday 6/22, and Saturday 6/23. We need a couple of people to help on Wednesday (6/20) afternoon for set-up, and five or more volunteers each day from 7:30am - 7:30pm or so. The clinic is a shorter day on Saturday. It runs until about 2pm, but we need volunteers to stay and help with clean-up, which will probably last until about 4pm.

Please let me know if you can help, even if only for a day or two. Also, let me know when you will arrive and leave and if you want to stay at the warehouse or at Seven Clans Casino/Hotel. The hotel rooms are $39.95 for weekdays, but go up to $59.95 for weekends, so Friday night would be $59.95. We have a block of rooms reserved.

NOTE FROM DENISE:
No special skills or experience are required. Tasks you may be asked to do include filling out paperwork, cleaning surgical instruments, helping prepare meals in the kitchen, washing kennels, holding animals to help them wake after surgery, walking dogs, etc. Some people stay at the warehouse for free if that better suits your budget :-)
