Power outage at RLRR

NOTE FROM KAREN THIS MORNING:
Power outage last night and again today.
Electricial coming and REA and they think maybe a busted underground cable.
Say a little prayer, no heat or water at shelter until resolved.

    All is well- heat- power restored. It was problems at the pole so it was repaired 2 days in a row, and the second time it is working well!
